There is just never enough time during the holidays. Christmas eve, Hubby and I spent a big part of the day playing Yahtzee with the kids. That evening, after church services, we joined my parents and brother for a dinner of appetizers. Then the we moved on to gifts. The kids were ecstatic about theirs. Bryce received the art set he's been begging for. Belle received a jewelry and sun catcher kit and Brady got a rock polisher. The rock polisher has been running since Christmas eve. After getting to bed at 11, they were up bright and early Christmas morning.
The kids have seen Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium and all talked about the sock monkey in the movie. Santa couldn't resist bringing each of them one. I missed a picture of Belle's whose was blue and green striped. They also got new Wii games. While they think Big Sports League is ok, they love Playground Games. They've spent so much time on Playground Games that they really haven't touched Mario Party 8.
Hubby and I took advantage of bedtime to play a little bit of Wii ourselves. As we played Big League Sports, he took us into the tennis area. There was a game called pinball that is a mix of pinball and tennis where you have to return the ball to the back of the court and rack up points. This is the look I received after I whooped up on him big time.
Callie was trying to help him by playing with his shirt through the chair. Or maybe she was trying to help me.
Overall, the kids had a wonderful Christmas. We pulled the decorations down on Saturday so that we could watch tv without having to watch through a tree. And so Callie would stay out of the tree while we were sleeping. Hubby was home until early Sunday morning when he left for Texas. Belle had basketball practice this morning, has it again tomorrow morning and Bryce has practice on Wednesday.
Did you enjoy your Christmas or holiday?

Be very careful with the Wii. You'll have aches and pains in places you didn't even know could ache or pain!!
Lovin' the picture of Hubby.
I have my sock monkey at home in KY and I keep forgetting to grab it for EC.
Looks like you guys had a great Christmas!
